Driver Age Requirements

To rent a vehicle, the driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for a minimum of 12 months prior to the rental date.

The company reserves the right to apply an additional young driver surcharge for drivers under the age of 25, depending on the vehicle category.

Upon vehicle collection, the following documents are required:
• Valid driving license
• ID card or passport
• Credit or debit card in the driver’s name

Certain vehicle categories may be subject to different age restrictions or additional requirements.

Card Payment Conditions

A valid credit or debit card in the main driver’s name is required for all rentals and must be presented at the time of vehicle collection.

The company reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge a security deposit on the card before the rental begins. The deposit amount may vary depending on the selected vehicle category and rental conditions.

Accepted cards may include Visa and Mastercard. Prepaid cards or virtual cards may not be accepted for security deposit purposes.

The cardholder must be present during vehicle pickup and provide a valid ID or passport for verification.

In cases of damages, traffic fines, fuel differences, or violations of the rental agreement, the company reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount to the provided card.

Driving License Requirements

All drivers must hold a valid driving license issued at least 12 months prior to the rental date.

Drivers holding licenses issued within the European Union may use their national driving license. Non-EU citizens may be required to present an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their original driving license, depending on local regulations.

The driving license must be valid for the entire rental period and presented in original form at the time of vehicle collection. Photocopies or digital versions may not be accepted.

The company reserves the right to refuse the rental if the driver fails to provide the required documentation or does not meet the eligibility requirements.
